Voli speciali per migliaia di italiani
Roma – Nuovi voli speciali Alitalia, in collaborazione con l’Unità di Crisi del Ministero degli Affari Esteri, e più collegamenti di linea per agevolare il ritorno in Italia di migliaia di connazionali, tra i quali molti studenti.
In linea con la missione di assicurare un servizio pubblico essenziale, Alitalia ha incrementato, da oggi, il numero dei voli di linea a cinque al giorno da Londra Heathrow per venire incontro alle esigenze di chi desidera tornare dal Regno Unito. Da Bruxelles i voli Alitalia sono diventati due al giorno per soddisfare anche le esigenze di chi si trova in Olanda, dopo il blocco dei servizi su Amsterdam. Aumentati a due al giorno anche i collegamenti da Parigi. I biglietti anche per questi voli sono in vendita sul sito alitalia.com.
Prosegue anche l’organizzazione di voli speciali per facilitare il rimpatrio di migliaia di connazionali da quei Paesi verso i quali non è più possibile operare normali servizi di linea, a causa delle restrizioni imposte al traffico aereo da e per l’Italia.
Nelle prossime ore saranno organizzati altri voli speciali dalla Spagna (Madrid e Malaga) fra il 21 e il 26 marzo, dalla Moldavia (Chişinău) per il 22 marzo, dalla Grecia (Atene) e dalla Polonia (Varsavia) per il 23 marzo, dall’Ucraina (Kiev) per il 25 marzo e dalla Serbia (Belgrado) per il 26 marzo.
Dall’inizio dell’emergenza Alitalia ha già effettuato collegamenti speciali dalle Maldive, Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadalupa), Varsavia, Sofia, Kiev, Madrid, Malaga, Bucarest, Algeri e Tunisi riportando in Italia oltre tremila connazionali.
Al momento non risulta inevasa alcuna richiesta di voli speciali, tuttavia la Compagnia resta in costante contatto con l’Unità di Crisi della Farnesina per predisporne di nuovi sia passeggeri sia merci.

More frequencies from London, Paris and Brussels; airline is planning other special flights from Spain, Greece, Poland, Serbia, Ukraine and Moldova
Rome, 20 March 2020 – New Alitalia special flights, in collaboration with the Crisis Unit of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and more scheduled services to repatriate thousands of Italian citizens, including many students, still stranded abroad.
In line with the mission of ensuring an essential public service, from today Alitalia has increased the number of scheduled flights from London Heathrow to five daily, in order to meet the needs of those who wish to return home from the United Kingdom. Alitalia has also increased services from Brussels to twice daily in order to meet the needs also of compatriots still in the Netherlands, after the suspension of flights to and from Amsterdam. Flights from Paris were also increased to double daily. Tickets also for these flights are on sale on alitalia.com website.
Alitalia is going on with the organization of special flights, in coordination with the Crisis Unit of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in order to facilitate return home for thousands of compatriots from those countries where normal scheduled flights are no longer possible, due to the restrictions imposed on air traffic to and from Italy.
In the next few hours, further special flights will be organized from Spain (Madrid and Malaga) between 21 and 26 March, from Moldova (Chişinău) on 22 March, from Greece (Athens) and Poland (Warsaw) on 23 March, from Ukraine (Kiev) on 25 March and from Serbia (Belgrade) on 26 March.
Since the beginning of the emergency, Alitalia has already operated special flights from the Maldives, Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe), Warsaw, Sofia, Kiev, Madrid, Malaga, Bucharest, Algiers and Tunis, carrying back to Italy over three thousand compatriots.
At the moment there are no outstanding requests for other special flights, however Alitalia is in contact with the Crisis Unit of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to organize new special flights, both passengers and cargo.
